In This Course, You’ll Learn To:
- Understand your nervous system and how your unique history of stress, trauma, and identity shapes your responses.
- Feel your feelings safely - without being overwhelmed by them or needing to escape.
- Begin to unwind compulsive behavior patterns (emotional eating, doom scrolling, self-sabotage, shutting down emotionally) from a place of curiosity and care.
- Be introduced to a library of grounded practices, embodied meditations, to gently introduce or bring you home to your body.
- Reconnect with the parts of you that have gotten lost or numbed out - and bring them home.
This is a course on how to feel.
Not how to feel constantly happy (that's probably dissociation).
Not how to "fix" yourself (you don't need fixing).
But how to feel: real, human, and whole - able to access the full spectrum of regulation, joy, grief, healthy anger, awe, and aliveness.

Module 1: Why We Don't Feel At Home In Our Bodies.
- Discover the reasons we feel overwhelmed with anxiety, numbness, or emotions we don't know what to do with.
- Learn what our mind/body systems need to feel safe and connected, and how they protect themselves.
- Get my favorite practice becoming more "here" in your life.
Module 2: What is Trauma?
- Learn what trauma is (this one's great for the "I don't think I even have any trauma" folks.)
- Find out why chronic daily stress can have an impact similar to traumatic experiences.
- Start connecting with your natural, healthy impulses!
Module 3: How to Work with Painful Coping Patterns.
- Learn WHY we struggle with painful coping patterns and how change is not just about "willpower."
- Get to know the parts of you that have been trying to get their needs met with these coping patterns.
- Two unique breathing exercises and a full-body practice.
Module 4: What "Feeling Your Feelings" REALLY Means.
- Demystify "feeling your feelings" and start seeing your emotions as messengers.
- Practices for getting to know your anxiety, sadness, anger, numbness - and working with them!
- A kundalini breathwork set for soothing fear.
Module 5: How to Listen to Your Body.
- Make practical sense of "listening to your body."
- Learn the language your body speaks and why we can trust our bodies to help guide us.
The Bigger Picture:
When we feel safe inside ourselves, the world begins to change. We're more able to:
- Set the boundaries our bodies are calling for.
- Notice the difference between people-pleasing and what's true for us.
- Actually rest. Be creative. Enjoy things.
- Pause and respond rather than just react.
- Show up in our communities with presence and care.

With over 10 years of client experience, training in
Somatic Experiencing, Eating Psychology Coaching,
and breathwork, plus my deep interest in growth
and healing - I bring a unique approach to my
offerings.
My work is for anyone who resonates with it. I
have a soft spot for the sensitives and black sheep, those with a trauma history, neurodivergent folks, fellow queers, those deconstructing from high-control religion, and those with a history of food
and body image struggles.
