In Free Spirit Academy we don't fight our bodies or ourselves.
We come to understand that our bodies are on our sides...
...that compulsive behavior isn't a problem but a SYMPTOM...
...and that YOU are not a problem to be FIXED, but a mystery to be EXPLORED.
As one of my favorite sayings goes: it takes discipline to be a free spirit.
But perhaps we've been using discipline in a way that doesn't work.
To force ourselves to 'be good'...when what we really want is to be FREE.
These courses are about the disciplines of self-acceptance, self-love, and self-expression.
To heal, we'll dance with both structure AND intuition.
In Binge Freedom, we explore the understanding that understanding emotional eating requires understanding our EMOTIONS.
In Liberated, we explore the understanding that to understand intuitive eating, we need to understand our INTUITION.
In Body Love we explore the understanding that our body is our greatest possible guide in this life (and yes, we'll also address body image and feeling free in our skin).
And in Coming Home to Your Body we come to understand WHY we struggle with painful emotions and compulsive behaviors. We also explore HOW to get to the ROOT of our stress and trauma by learning to fully inhabit our body's experience. This is a course on HOW to FEEL.
In order to trust our bodies, we have to start understanding their language.

Liberated - A 40-day initiation into intuitive eating and food freedom. In order to understand intuitive eating we need to understand intuition itself. This course includes audio classes and exercises, a daily kundalini meditation, and a recommended reading list to deepen your understanding when the course is complete.
Binge Freedom - A 40-day journey into binge, emotional, and compulsive eating. In order to understand emotional eating we need to understand our emotions and Binge Freedom supports just that. This course includes 10 audio classes, audio and journaling exercises, and a daily kundalini meditation. Also includes a recommended reading list.
Body Love - A 30-day adventure into body freedom. Body Love is about healing body image from the inside out with the understanding that loving our bodies means loving all of who we are. This course inclues 4 hour-long audio classes, journaling pages, a recommended reading list and kundalini yoga to support the journey.
Coming Home to Your Body - A 40-day foundation that gets to the heart of WHY we struggle with painful emotions and compulsive behaviors, as well as HOW to address the ROOT of out stress and trauma so that we can live a life that's about more than just coping. This course is ideally a prerequisite to all of the other courses.

My name is Rande Moss. I'm an Eating Psychology Coach, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-training. I spent most of my life struggling with Binge Eating Disorder and feeling incredibly trapped in my body. My quest to heal brought me to endless extremes, including taking on a 90-day juice fast. When the self-improvement path didn't lead to freedom, I finally surrendered to a journey of self-love and expression. Since 2012 I've mentored women from painful relationships with food and their bodies to lightness and liberation.
