In this 30-day journey inwards, we'll be addressing...

...the struggle to be 'present', 'mindful', or 'in the flow' no matter how much you meditate or use spiritual and self-care practices.

...the desire to take care of your health while struggling with self-sabotage, compulsive behaviors, and repeating cycles and patterns like overeating but you don't know why.

...what's happening in our bodies when we feel blocked or stuck.

...when you've talked about your issues and traumas in therapy and feel like you've processed your childhood, but still struggle with anxiety, depression, a constant feeling of frustration or other painful emotions that don't seem to match the present circumstances.'ve tried to 'just relax' or maybe you KNOW some of the nervous system lingo and you take deep breaths to 'deactivate your parasympathetic nervous system'...and you still just feel like a mess.

...and how to ACTUALLY learn to FEEL, rather than thinking about our feelings, reacting to our feelings, or numbing our feelings.

In this course we learn how to come home to our bodies in the most practical, grounded ways. Not only that, we explore WHY most of us are so disconnected from the bodies we call home, what trauma actually is, how it's effects get trapped in us, and how to actually address that trauma so that it no longer has a hold over our lives.

This course will teach you how to bring your full embodied self to your life and your practices, making everything more effective (as in, you don't have to wonder 'is this working??' because you'll be able to FEEL what serves you and what doesn't).

And finally, this course is about you becoming your own medicine and your body becoming your wisest guide. I consider a 'free spirit' to just be YOU when you are fully yourself (an ever expanding journey!) - and our bodies are a part of that picture. I can't wait to have you along on this freedom journey.

My name is Rande Moss. I'm an Eating Psychology Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I spent most of my life struggling as a binge eater with worsening autoimmune symptoms, and feeling incredibly trapped in my body. My quest to heal brought me to numerous extremes, including taking on a 90-day juice fast. When the self-improvement path didn't lead to freedom, I finally surrendered to a journey of self-love and expression. Since 2012 I've mentored women from painful relationships with food and their bodies to lightness and liberation.
