  START HERE. Section 1 Audio: It's Not About Willpower

Welcome to this transformational, 40-day program. If you are taking Binge Freedom on your own, here's what I suggest:

On day 1, listen to the first audio and begin the daily Addiction Meditation.

About every 5 days (set an alarm or put it in your calendar) listen to the next audio and use the days between to practice the new audio or journaling exercises.

Feel free to take your time with this information, it can certainly be stretched longer than 40 days though I don't suggest taking any less time. SLOW IS FAST. I promise.
